Bring your credits and your ambition to BVU — we make it easy to continue your education on our beautiful Storm Lake campus.

On Campus
  1. Step 1
    Submit your free application online through the BVU admissions portal or through the Common Application. There is no application fee for transfer students.
  2. Step 2
    Request official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and universities be sent directly to the BVU Office of Admissions.
  3. Step 3
    Our admissions team will evaluate your transcripts and provide a credit evaluation so you know exactly where you stand.
  4. Step 4
    Complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) using BVU's school code (001847) to determine your financial aid eligibility.
  5. Step 5
    Connect with your admissions counselor to discuss your transfer credit evaluation, academic plan, and any remaining questions.
  6. Step 6
    Submit your enrollment deposit to secure your spot and begin registering for classes at BVU.
